Improving working conditions in the "Dograma Stil Proekt Ltd"

In line with the objectives of the "Development of Human Resources" OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions," project proposal "Improving working conditions in the Dograma Stil Proekt Ltd." offers a complex of measures to improve working conditions and improve management of human resources policies in the title company. The project is worth 313 881.00lev and includes activities for optimization of management and development of staff and, in particular - practices for easy reconciliation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the project included persons over 54 years of age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes and others. In relation to the specific needs of Dograma Stil Proekt Ltd. project plansand measures to secure working environment and through acquisition and secure means of collective and personal protection, to enhance the credibility of the employer and thus - productivity and competitiveness of the Candidate. Pledged to achieve in the project proposal the general and specific objectives lead to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions", namely access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion, and included activities comply fully correspond to objectives and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. Achieving the goals will be supported by a team of project management and measures to promote and visualization of results of realization of the activities.
