Creating a good and safe working conditions and new practices in human resources management in DINATEKS BULGARIA" Ltd.

With this project offer and implementation of the activities included in it, DINATEKS BULGARIA" Ltd, will directly contribute to achieving the objectives of OP “HRD“and the EU “Europa 2020”strategy for higher and better employment, reduction of the poverty and encouragement of the social integration. The corporation will satisfy their needs of creating a good and safe working conditions and achieving sustainable employment by setting the following main objectives: - To enhance the working environment, the professional and health status of the corporation staff; - To create efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources (HR); - To improve the quality of work place; - To increase the efficiency of the health care services; - To raise labor productivity in corporation. The following activities are planned for achieving the objectives of the project: - Providing tools and devices for general protection; - Buying personal protective equipment and special clothing; - Training the working staff to be aware of the specific risks to their health in the workplace as well as the methods for their reduction and prevention; - Creating conditions for rational use of labor, material and financial resources. Priority in this project offer are activities which cover all target groups, including people over 54 years and disabled people. This will contribute for sustainability in their work places. In this context activities that will encourage employed to be included in flexible forms will be developed. These forms will be associated to optimizing the management and development of human resources, i.e: - Developing, adapting and integrating a system for upgrading and managing the HR; - Introducing innovative models of work organization. Achieving the above listed goals by the successful implementation of all project activates will lead to accurate and lasting results.
