The project is aimed at improving the quality of the workplaces. An integrated approach between the organization of work and the organization of work processes has been applied. There are proposed solutions for specific needs for the development ofthe human resources and for improvement of the health and safety at work. The need for their solution stems from the company's strategy and the objective measures included in the program for development of the company. The target group covered by the project are the persons employed in the company. The activities that will be implemented through the project are: 1. Development and implementation of HRM system with differentiated approach to the personnel.Currently there is no such system and it will cover components such as recruitment, training needs, career development, motivation, talent development. 2. Development of a new model of organization of work based on the flexibility of working time, which will firstbe implemented in 7 departments of the company 3. Introduction of practices for prolonging the professional life in the context of an aging workforce 4. Provision of resources for collective protection in order to protect from fire, dust and ergonomics at work. 5. Ensuring social benefits for sport and relaxation In the development of the activities there are included measures supporting 73 persons aged 54 years, 22 persons with disabilities and also measures for environmental protection. The quantification measurements of the results for each activity are directly related to the specific objectives of the project, and contribute to the overall objective and indicators on the project.
