Activity of "SVEMAR" Ltd. is a design, construction and maintenance of irrigation systems and green areas. 13 years of experience SVEMAR Ltd. proved to be a reliable partner in the design and implementation of both midsize and large-scale public works and park development projects. Since its inception, the company successful and progressive thanks to the creative and young team of professionals and innovative ideas, views and solutions. In his work "SVEMAR" Ltd. strives to meet market trends and to implement adequate policies offering. To ensure high quality to its customers and responsibility to employees and partners, the company has implemented and is certified in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008; ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. This project proposal entitled „Health and safety at work” SVEMAR „Ltd.” reflects the intention of the employer sustainable policy regarding working conditions in the workplace and provides a motivating environment for work and leisure. It shows formal commitments to the organization as a whole and in particular those of guides to good management of health and safety at work. The provision of social benefits and the introduction of new employment practices and systems for human resources management will improve the organization and motivation of labor and create prerequisites for a permanent presence of older workers in employment. Expected result of the successful implementation of the project is improved quality of jobs, impacting on labor productivity in the enterprise.
