Working environment improvement in "DIPS-2006" EOOD

This project involves improving the working environment in the enterprise by providing better working conditions, reducing risk factors with negative impact on the working environment, introduction of flexible systems of workflow organization and providing social benefits for employees. A number of activities will be performed to this aim, including construction and implementation of a system for managing human resources, providing benefits for staff needs such as places for recreation, leisure and sports both indoors and outdoors, and dining place for the staff. There will be also provided collective means for protection that will improve the micro climate of the working environment and reduce the risks of hazardous and adverse weather impacts on the lives and health of people in the enterprise. All these activities are extremely important for the enterprise to maintain and to increase the employment of staff to improve their professional and health status, reduce turnover and to extend stay in employment of older workers and disadvantaged. This in turn will contribute positively to labor productivity "DIPS - 2006" Ltd. and to improve the welfare of workers in it. Target group activities are 100% of employees in the enterprise. As an object of special attention and care are workers over 54 years old and those with disabilities who are over half of the entire group. All set for implementation activities are in full compliance with the objectives of the specific procedure "Good and safe working conditions" as well as horizontal principles - equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development and contribute to the overall objectives of the Operational Program "Development of Human Resources".
