Providing a good and safe working conditions in SIGDA Ltd.

The project aims at improvement of the work environment at Sigda Ltd. By providing good and safe work conditions enhancing the quality of the work positions of the company and implementing practices for increase of the elderly workers above 54 professional life. The need of additional safeproof of work environment with high level of risk in the field of transport forwarding and logistic, and preserving the human life will be satisfied via implementation of project results in the company in the following activities:A1 Development, implementation and adaptation of HR development systems in the company, including possibilities for flexible employment forms for optimization of the work processes, focusing on the practices for easier combination of the professional family and personal life and increasing the work life of the elderly employees. Implementation of innovative models for company’s labor organization focused on increasing the productivity and preserving the environment.A2 Ensuring safe and healthy work conditions via purchase of collective and PPE and work wear. A3 and A6 Providing social benefits for the workers repair and equipment for the places for rest, dining and relaxation-construction works of domestic premises 1 and 2; Equipment of places for physical culture and sport. A4 Project management; A5 Information and publicity; A7 Providing HS work conditions, improvement of the professional and health status of the employees via repairing fuel lubricants. The results of the project are focused at: improving the employees’ safety during the implementation of work processes; increasing the involvement of the elderly employees into the employment, developed and implemented innovative model for HR management; implemented innovative models for labor organization focused at preserving the environment and enhancing company’s resources and effectiveness. The target group is formed by 119 people.
