Modernization of conditions and organization of work at "Geostroy" AD

In project proposal Modernization of conditions and organization of work at "Geostroy" AD are provided following activities: - Innovative tools for development, human resource management and improving the organization of work processes, including special measures for persons over 54 years to prolong their careers and successfully combine personal amp; work life; - Implementation of measures to control the used resources and processes to protect the environment; - To improve the personal protection of employees and reduce the impact of harmful factors of the working environment; - Providing measures for persons with disabilities employed in the enterprise. The project is fully focused on the needs of the employees working in "Geostroy" AD - 778 persons, 211 of them over 54 years old and 9 persons with disabilities, representatives of the target group and covers the following activities: - Management and organization of the project; - Information and publicity to promote the project, the contribution of the European Social Fund and OP "Human Resources Development"; - Developing and implementing a system to optimize management and human resource development aimed at improving the working conditions of employees in the enterprise entities, increase productivity, optimize workflows and introduce measures to protect the environment; - Improving safety at work of employees in the enterprise by providing personal protective equipment and special work clothing; - Provision of measures aimed at improving the physical and psychological comfort of people with disabilities employed in the enterprise.       Planned activities will contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" (OP "HRD") in the implementation of the strategy "Europe 2020" in the field of employment, combating poverty and social exclusion.
