Good and safe working conditions in DK Softtrade LTD

The purpose of the project proposal is sustainable improvement of the organization of labor and the working conditions at DK Softtrade Ltd. In order to achieve the purpose of the project proposal, a set of interrelated activities have been determined: • Introducing flexible forms of employment, practices that will extend the working life of older employees, and innovative models for work organization that will increase productivity and will ensure environmental protection. • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses through the usage of means of collective protection – installing a fire extinguishing system; • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses by purchasing personal protective equipment and special work-wear; • Providing safe and healthy working conditions that will improve employees’ professional and health statuses through employee training on specific health risks associated with the workplace and methods for their containment and training of all employees how to work safely with the equipment introduced with this project; Amongst the planned activities are such for the organization and management purposes, and information and publicity purposes. Horizontal principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be observed. All planned activities in the proposal are consistent with the overall objective with the Operational Programme “Human Resource Development 2014 – 2020” for improvement of the working conditions by responding to the challenges of increasing the quality of work and the labor productivity in Bulgaria.
