The project proposal includes activities aimed at: - Implementing changes in work organization to facilitate reconciliation of private and professional life, to extend the working lives of employees over 54 years of age. (Changes cover all areas of activities and working sites); - Implementing innovative model of work organization to increase productivity and protect the environment in all areas of activity and working areas; - Providing benefits for employees (nutrition and recreation, access for people with disabilities); - Improving working conditions by providing new personal protective equipment with higher level of protection, modernize collective protective equipment, training employees about specific risks associated with individual work premises; - Organization and management activity; - Activities for information and publicity; All employees of the company are included in the target group of the project.
