Providing a good and safe working conditions in DMTeh Ltd.

The proposed project is aimed at improving the working environment "DMTeh" Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. By achieving these objectives will significantly improve the quality of jobs, respectively, will increase labor productivity and hence competitiveness and sustainability of the company. By project initiative will contribute to fulfilling the objectives of the EU in improving access to employment and job quality with duction of new organizational models, management systems, human resources and investment for safe and healthy working conditions. The project includes implementation of the following activities: 1. Information, publicity and visualization. 2. Organization and project management; 3. Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development. Introduction of innovative models of work organization aimed at improving productivity, extending the working life of older workers and environmental protection; 4. Provision of social benefits for workers; The project initiative is focused on providing good and safe working conditions for the target group of employees in the company including people within the risk groups on the labor market: - persons over 54 years of age and people with disabilities. The project provides for the targeted body to include two persons with a disability and 2 persons above 54 years of age. The main object and effect of the project implementation is the ability to "DMTeh" Ltd. to introduce innovative models, practices and tools to develop human resources and work organization aimed at increasing productivity and protecting the environment and transition to an environmentally sustainable economy resource efficient.
