Providing a good and safe working conditions by improving working and health of employees in "MODUL" AD.

The project envisages providing good and safe working conditions for employees in “MODUL” AD, by meeting their need for a balanced work life, risk prevention in the workplace, prevention of professional diseases, maintaining health throughout working life and aging in good health, facilitating the return to work after sick leave, organization of work processes and working conditions to the needs of older workers, favourable conditions for geographic labour mobility. The target group of the project are: - employees - 114 persons - employees over age of 54 - 33 persons of which 2 persons with some disabilities. The project aims to improve the quality of jobs in “MODUL” AD by providing good and safe working conditions, introduction of innovative models and systems for the management of human resources for the employees over age of 54, promoting geographical mobility and reducing the risk of professional diseases. The project activities will lead to sustainable levels of employment and improving the quality of the workforce. As a result, the project will improve the working environment, organization of work and management of human resources, which in turn will improve the quality of jobs and will reflect positively on labour productivity in the company. Activities of project are: Organization and Project Management Selection of contractors for the project Development, adaptation and implementation of a system for human resource development with a focus on extending the working life of older workers Providing transport organized by the employer to and from work for employed workers for 12 months Acquisition Standard of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems Providing safe and healthy working conditions by buying means of collective protection Activities for information and publicity
