Improving the working environment in Veolia Energy Varna Plc

The project is focused at improving the work environment in Veolia Energy Varna Plc via providing good and safety work conditions, enhancing the quality of the work places at the centralized heating head office, creating social benefits and safe proofing of existing sites. The need of additional safe proofing of production work environment with high level of risk, preserving the human life and the environment will be satisfied via the actual implementation of the project’s results into the company’s work practice via the implementation of Activity1 (A1) Providing safety and healthy work conditions, improvement of the professional and health status of the employees via ensuring measures for collective and personal protective equipment; Activity2 (A2) Providing social benefits for the employees via building and equipment of outdoor playground for physical culture and sport; Activity3 (A3) Providing social benefits for the employees via equipment and repair of dining aria; Activity4 (A4) Providing social benefits for the employees via equipment and repair of staffroom on floor 1; Activity5 (A5) Providing social benefits for the employees via equipment and repair of staffroom on floor 3; Activity6 (A6) Repair of the lightning protection to the chimney and providing social benefits for the employees via equipment and repair of staff room in the repair and mechanical department; Activity7 (A7) Organization and project management; Activity8 (A8) Publicity and awareness. The results of the project are focused at improving the employees’ safety, providing social benefits for the employees,including repair and equipment of places for rest, dining, relaxation, physical culture and sport, and safe proofing the existing sites. The target group is formed by 51 people, employed at the administration and manufacturing processes.
