Better and safety working conditions in TRUD JSC

Overall objective: Improving the working environment in TRUD JSC by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management. Specific objectives: 1. Increased safety, by investing in means of collective protection of life and health of employees; 2. Development of human resources, labor organization and improvement of career management through the introduction of organizational practices for planning and implementation of lifelong learning measures, and stimulating the combination of the work and private lives of employees. The activities envisaged under the project are as follows: 1. Project management; 2. Heating system for Mechanical repair workshop with local gas heaters at worksites; 3. Repairs of the premises for rest and short recreation in Production plant, Mechanical repair workshop and in the building of Autotransport 4. Heating, air conditioning and equippment of the working places and premises for rest and short recreation and air conditioning of 4 offices in the administration building; 5. Furnishing of the premises for rest and short recreation; 6. Replacement of lighting fittings; 7. Delivery of personal protective equipment; 8. Training courses on Horizontal EU policies and Stress management; 9. Development of a strategy to promote the reconciliation of the private and professional life and extend the working life of the employees over 54 years; 10. Establishment of a system for access control and time reporting; 11. Information and publicity. Results: Reduced risk factors and increased work safety. Successfully combining of the professional and private life. Extended working life of the employees over 54 years.
