Good and safe working conditions " SIRIUS SECURITY" Ltd.

The main aim of the project is to improve the working conditions and quality of work in the "SIRIUS SECURITY" Ltd., through: • Establishment of a system for human resources management and efficient and flexible forms of employment • Ensuring good and safe working conditions by purchasing personal protective equipment, special clothing and collective protective equipment. The implementation of activities in this project is aimed at achieving the targets by implementing the new results will contribute to the planned project performance indicators and results. The project proposal and the achievement of the objectives are aimed at solving identified problems and needs of the target group: • Measures to reconcile work and family life and a longer stay in employment of older workers (persons over 54 years), due to the trend of population aging; • Improve work and health status of the workforce • Replacement and purchase of special clothing and personal protective equipment according to the results of the risk assessment. • Collective protective equipment, according to the company's activities and risks identified in the risk assessment The implementation of the project of "SIRIUS SECURITY" Ltd. will lead to improvement of the work in enterprise-date safety standards of labor, which will contribute to increasing the productivity and effectiveness of employees in the enterprise. Upon execution of the project proposal will be respected the horizontal principles - non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainability.
