GOOD AND SAFETY CONDITIONS IN EMI Ltd

With this project "EMI" Ltd. will enhance the sustainable organization of work and working conditions in the enterprise, as the candidate aims to (1) develop, adapt and implement a system for human resources development planning 1.1 optimize workflows for flexible forms of employment for 68 employees , focusing on practices to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and private life, and 1.2 extend the working life of 5 older workers, 1.3 innovative model of work organization aimed at increasing productivity and protection environmental (2) Provide safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of 68 employees: 2.1. Providing means of collective protection by purchasing of ergonomic chairs for cashiers. 2.2. Purchase of personal protective equipment and special working equipment (3) Providing a safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status of employees through training of employees regarding the specific risks of individual work; (4) assure social benefits for workers in the enterprise and access for persons with disabilities in the company. In the project proposal are provided and activities for organization and management, and information and publicity. Horizontal principals of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, gender equality and sustainable development will be observed. All planned activities in the proposal are consistent with the overall objective with the Operational Programme “Human Resource Development 2014 – 2020” for improvement of the working conditions by responding to the challenges of increasing the quality of work and the labour productivity in Bulgaria.
