Good and safe working conditionsin in Valian Ltd

The project aims to improve the working environment in "Valiyan" Ltd., by providing good and safe working conditions, effective and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn is expected to improve the quality of jobs and reflects positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. The project will help provide opportunities for the introduction of flexible forms of employment will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private lives of employees, and for a longer stay in employment of older workers. Will introduce new organizational practices, models and systems for human resources management. By providing better and safer working conditions aims to expand the scope and quality of services in "Valiyan" Ltd. forms of employment with which to ensure the reconciliation of work and family life of employees, focusing on working women with young children and employees over 54 years of age.
