Improving working conditions for employees of HOLLY 1 Ltd.

With the implementation of this project proposal HOLLY 1 Ltd. aims to provide a better working environment for the employees of the company through a combination of measures for improving the organization of human resources, improving working conditions and providing social benefits for workers. Planned for implementation within the project proposal activities are identified based on an analysis by management of the Company in respect of Man of resources, and based on an evaluation of the risk jobs. Thus planned activities are fully consistent with the needs of the target group and meet the standards and requirements of legislation on health and safety at work, include: 1) Development of a system for human resources development and acquisition of software management, aimed at optimizing the management and development of human resources in the company; 2) Providing a healthy and safe working conditions by improving the microclimate in the premises, installing fire alarm system and obtaining a certificate in standard BS OHSAS 18001: 2007; 3) Providing benefits for workers in the enterprise including separation of places for short-term recreation and sports, including outdoor equipment and dining room workers. Within the project proposal provided for implementation of both mandatory under the Guidelines for Applicants activities related to the organization and project management and implementation of appropriate measures visualization to achieve information and publicity regarding the implementation and project results. Thus through the project and investing in creating a better and safer working conditions will improve the quality of jobs, which will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise.
