Safety and comfort at Mebel Group Corporation Ltd

In accordance with the objectives and strategy of the OP "Human Resources Development" and scheme "Good and safe working conditions", the project of Mebel Group Corporation - "Safety and comfort at Mebel Group Corporation Ltd." provides a set of measures to improve labor conditions and to improve policies on human resource managementthat which in turn will lead to increased competitiveness of the eponymous company. The project proposal is worth 194 940 Levs and includes activities for optimization of management and development of staff and, in particular - Practices for easy reconciliation of private and professional life of young employees; mechanisms to extend the working life of the project included persons over 54 years of age; flexible forms of employment, planning and recruitment; measures to protect the environment by optimizing production processes and others. In relation to the specific needs of Mebel Group Corporation Ltd. the project plans measures for securing of working environment and through acquisition and secure means of collective and personal protection, to enhance the credibility of the employer and respectively - the performance of the Applicant. Pledged to achieve in the project proposal, the general and specific objectives lead to results fully consistent with the objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and scheme "Good and safe working conditions", namely access to safe and sustainable employment in favor of the fight against poverty and social exclusion. Included activities are consistent and fully correspondent to the priorities and the EU strategy "Europe" 2020 for the modernization of public policies and combating poverty and social exclusion through investment in human capital. In purpose to achieve the objectives and outcomes, set out in the proposal, the applicant will also appoint a team for organization and management and measures for promotion and visualization of results of realization of the project activities.
