Good and safe working conditions at "KMM" Plc.

This project aims to improve the working environment at "KMM" Plc., by providing good and safe working conditions and to create efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn improve the quality jobs and to reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise. Through the implementation of planned activities in the project proposal envisages the introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources and investment in safe and healthy working conditions, which are among the ways to achieve progress in this direction. Allowing for the introduction of flexible forms of employment will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private lives of employees, and will also contribute to a longer stay in employment of older workers. There are measures to improve safety at work through the purchase of special clothing and personal protective equipment as well as the provision of social benefits for workers in the enterprise - repair and equipment of premises / locations for short-term recreation, physical culture and sports. The expected results of the project are to ensure safety at work and the creation of appropriate conditions for short-term recreation workers, reduce stress and fatigue accumulated during the work and creating additional prerequisites to achieve - high motivation employees and - good results in the performance of official engagements. Planned activities directly correspond to the enterprise policy in terms of human resources and represent a long-term investment, costs incurred to improve the working environment and working conditions will regain indirectly by increasing the satisfaction of employees and the productivity of their labor.
