Improving the working conditions in "Remart 85" EOOD

"Remart 85" Ltd. is a company registered in 2011, as a continuation of the established in 1992 "Thoma" LTD. During the almost 25-year history the company actively seeks to protect its employees from typical industry risks, providing them with legally required means of collective protection, personal protective equipment, specialized work clothing and appropriate working conditions. The risk assessment identified a number of threats to the health of employees, and measures to combat them are set in the activities of this project. In order to ensure the safety and preservation of the health of workers in the performance of their commitments under the project will be carried out maintenance and refurbishment of key manufacturing facilities of the company which will qualitatively improve the working environment. In an effort to provide comfort and improve the working conditions of employees in the main proceedings within the project will be purchased personal protective equipment and special clothing with qualitatively better options available, much lighter and comfortable to wear. Ensuring a safe and healthy working conditions will be guaranteed by the project by development, implementation and certification of a health and safety at work management system. To provide new benefits to employees and enable them to recover from the physical and mental load it's planned to be created, reconditioned and equipped four rooms for dining and rest on the territory of its production facilities. In addition, to increase the motivation of employees and to improve the balance between work and their personal lives, in the project framework there will be developed and implemented a new system for the development and management of human resources in the enterprise. Its application will be automated through the development and implementation of specialized software, also developed and implemented during the project.
