Implanting effective measures for improving the work environment in Stalko Ltd.

The project intends to increase the productivity of labor and to improve the work environment in Stalko Ltd. The aims of the project will be achieved by implanting a system for control of human resources, by implanting and certifying by the standard of health and safety BS OHSAS 18001:2007, by increasing of the work safety and minimizing the health risks for the workers in Stalko Ltd, by providing a material handling equipment for transport within the factory. The project means to encourage the development of environmental policies, climate change policies, resource efficiency and the implementation of the regulations of the EU legislations and the national legislations in the field of woodworking. The planned measurements will lead to an effective balance between the professional and social life of the employees within the company, the increase of the number of employees working after turning 54, the quality of the work places and the productivity of labor in the establishment. The project will include all 40 employees in Stalko Ltd.
