"Good and safe working conditions in "Ludal Friction "Ltd. "

“Ludal Friction”EOOD is established in 2010 and is specialized in manufacturing of non-asbestine friction products of high quality and employs 100 people at the moment. The general objective of this project is "To improve the working environment in "LUDAL FRICTION" Ltd by providing good and safe working conditions, efficient and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management that lead to improved quality of jobs and increase of labor productivity in the enterprise." Under the project proposal the following activities are planned to be realized: Activity 1: Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise, the result of which will be incorporation of systems for human resource development, including optimization of business processes, incl. implemented flexible forms of employment and other practices for easier combination of professional and personal life and implemented practices for extension of working life of older employees (over the age of 54); Activity 2: Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improvement of work and health status of employees - which includes planned purchase of PPE, especially clothing and provision of CPM (divided into 3 sub-activities); Action 3: Organization and project management resulting in ensured effective organization of project implementation; Activity 4: Information and publicity as a result of which measures for information and publicity will be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements and guidelines for applying the rules on information and communication 2014-2020.
