Better and safe working conditions at "DOAN 69 - Sunay Karaasan"

The project proposal "Better and safe working conditions at ET "Doan 69 - Sunay Karaasan" aims to improve working conditions and provide risk prevention in carrying out their daily work activities of employees in the company. The company counts 93 employees in diggerent positions, 20 persons of them are over 54 years, and all of company stuff are involved in the target group. In accordance with the recommendations made by the Occupational Medicine and the intention of management body to improve company's working conditions, the project set to perform activities of providing employees of personal protective equipment, specialized clothings, provide and furnish of rest room and kitchen, supply of air conditioners and ergonomic working chairs in the administrative department; the supply of mobile air conditioners, mobile aspiration system and infrared heating for the service base, performing works activities involving replacement of windows in the toilets, development, adaptation and implementation of a strategy for human resource development in the enterprise and system access control. The project conform with the needs of the company and its operations, fully complies with and actively contributes to the objectives of EU strategy "Europe 2020" and the priorities of the procedure "Good and safe working conditions" in the field of employment and improvement quality of jobs in the enterprise. Supporting the activities through OP HRD will be a promise of ET "Doan 69 - Sunay Karaasan" to improve working conditions, to introduce new organizational practices, models and systems for managing human resources, which will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise.
