The project proposal includes activities aimed at: - Introducing changes in work organization to facilitate reconciliation of private and professional life, to extend the working lives of employees over 54 years of age. (Changes cover all areas of activities); - Introducing innovative model of work organization to increase productivity and protect the environment - Providing benefits to employeed (as transporting the employees of "Metal Casting - Drianovo" Ltd., dining and resting, access for people with disabilities); - Improving working conditions by ensuring the modernization of collective protective equipment, training of employees to specific risks associated with the work premis. - Organization and management activities; - Activities for information and publicity. The project as a target group includes all employees of the company.
