Better and safe working conditions in PIC "Saglasie" JSC

This project proposal envisages activities aimed at providing good and safer working conditions, effective work processes, and flexible work schedules, which will guarantee an improved working environment at PIC “Saglasie” JSC and, respectively, higher labor productivity. Project-related activities encompass the whole personnel of the company, which consists of 166 employees working at company offices in 46 Bulgarian cities. The target group includes 38 employees above the age of 54. The project plans for: - measures towards the optimization of working processes, achieving work-life balance for employees, including the implementation of flexible work schedules, practices aiming to extend the professional life of employees; - measures in the field of corporate social responsibility, directed towards environmental preservation, climate change policy, resource efficiency and applying the requirements of EU and national legislation in these areas; - trainings for all employees for the purposes of acquiring skills for managing and overcoming work-related stress; - providing social assets for the employees: a place for eating and recreation, as well as for sports activities; - investments for providing better and safer working conditions, improving both the professional and the health status of employees; The project also plans for activities for information and publicity, which will guarantee that information about the financial support of OPHRD and the EU regarding the project will reach the vastest audience possible. The expert team for the project will guarantee the good management of the project and the effective and efficient attainment of the planned goals and results. The planned project-related activities will contribute to the execution of the goals of the project and will, respectively, help for the better performance of the goals of the present procedure.
