"Increasing labor productivity through risk prevention and optimization of management in "KARIL I TANYA" AD"

The main objective of this project is to improve the working employees environment at "KARIL I TANYA" AD by identifying their needs and problems and implementation of measures to solve them. To achieve the objectives set, in the strategy of company, at the project development will be researched and implemented an software for managing human resources, tailored to the specific characteristics of the staff structure. With the project implementation activities will be invested in human capital, by implementing measures to extend working lives and reconciliation of private and professional life for older workers (over 54 years). The project will also improve the target group work and health status, through the purchase of PPE and collective protection. There are social motivational measures, such as the provision of accessible architectural environment for employees with disabilities, an recreation room and place for nutrition. The expected main result from the project implementation activities will be to improve the jobs quality at the enterprise alongside addressing the needs "KARIL I TANYA" AD to maintain employment and long term increasing the labor productivity of workers. Main activities of the project are : 1. Optimization of the system for human resources managing; 2. Purchase of PPE and special clothing ; 3. Provide collective protection ; 4. Establishment and equipping of place for short-term recreation and nutrition; 5. Information and comunication ; 6. Organization and Management Project
