Integrated program for sustainable development of human resources in BTC EAD

The present project has as main purpose increasing the productivity of employees in BTC EAD and the quality of workplace by implementing an integrated program for sustainable development of human resources. For the realization of that goal, it is planned the following measures and activities: 1. Implementation of innovative practices and models for flexible employment, creating conditions for easier reconciliation of work and private life, including extending the working lives of older employees from vulnerable groups - people over 54 years old and people with disabilities. 2. Improving the working conditions at the workplace by purchasing higher-quality personal protective equipment and protective work clothing from those used by employees in the company. The implementation of this activity aims at creating conditions for prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and diseases. 3. Conduct training on safe working practices associated with the specific health risks concerning a concrete job and methods and tools for limiting and preventing the risks, which will improve the quality of working life and thus improve work and health status of employees. The planned training will include an additional module connected with general awareness on safety and environmental protection in the performance of specific professional duties. 4. Purchase of equipment for break rooms in the enterprise to improve job quality and social status of workers. Integrated implementation of the planned project measures is essential and crucial for creating conditions for continuous and efficient improvement of the organization of work, on the one hand and system safety management on the other. The current project is an essential part of the overall strategy of the applicant for long-term development.
