Development and Introduction of a Complex Program for Prosperity at Working Place in Multifunctional Hospital for Active Treatment- Dobrich JSC

The general goal of the project proposal is to improve the working environment at Multifunctional Hospital for Active Treatment –Dobrich JSC and to provide better health and safety working conditions for 607 staff more that 1/3 of which are people at the age of over 54 years of age, including working pensioners through development and introduction of complex program for prosperity at the working place (CPPWP). The main project objectives : Improvement of the work efficiency and increase of quality of working places in connection with of Health and Safety working conditions at the hospital and thus to create conditions for increase of professional life of employees, including those over the age of 54 through development and introduction of CPPWP; Encourage the geographic mobility of specialized working force through provision of transport of 5 medical doctors from Varna to Dobrich; Improvement of the professional and health status of hospital staff through provision of specific working clothes; Improvement of the microclimate and safety at the working environment through the replacement of wooden windows frames of 40 m2 in the working rooms and development of fire-warning system at 3 of the 8-storey main hospital building;Increase of professional competence of the staff of the hospital and encouraging the culture of safety and health at working place through module training of all the working departments of the hospital. The main project activities correspond to the project objectives and are: Development and introduction of complex program for prosperity at the working place; Provision of organized transport to hospital for 5 medical staff from Varna; Provision of Health and Safety working conditions through provision of working clothes for medical and non- medical staff; Modernization of hospital building in connection with improvement of the working place; Module training “Safety and Health Work” for the medical and non- medical staff.
