This project proposal and activities set to implement it, is aimed at improving the working environment in "GIDO" LTD. It is planned to develop a system for managing human resources with which to identify and implement new flexible forms of employment to be identified and proposed measures to reduce the harmful environmental impact of the company's work. The implementation of this activity is associated with the deployment of additional practices to facilitate the reconciliation of work, family and private life of young workers and workers over 54 years as well as measures to extend the working life of older workers and employees / over 54 years /. In the project proposal is the establishment of measures to improve working conditions. This will be achieved by changing the method of heating workplaces - installation of air conditioning to create a sustainable and constant temperature regardless of the season, and the purchase of new ergonomic office chairs for employees, consistent with the nature of the work. The proposal also provides social benefits for workers, including renovation of the canteen equipment and furnishings after renovation and equipping of recreation - gym with suitable equipment. The project includes the mandatory activities - Organization and Project Management and Information and publicity. The goal is through the implementation of the above activities to ensure good and safe working conditions, and hence increase productivity.
