The overall objective of this present project is to improve the working environment and provide safe working conditions for the employees of "Planex" Ltd. The project aims to lead to the continous improvement of quality, healthy and safe working environment. This objectives will be achieved through business processes optimization by introducing flexible forms of employment, practices to extend the professional life of older workers (above the age of 54 ), reducing the risk of accidents by providing collective protection, personal safety equipment and clothing and social benefits for the the target group members. The target group of the project represents 252 employed persons, of whom 31 persons above the age of 54 and 5 persons with disabilities. The project will meet the target group needs for better and safe working environment, flexible forms of employment and adapting to the demands of modern working environment and labor market. As a result of the project implementation the working environment will be improved, good and safe working conditions provided and the risk of accidents reduced. Efficiency will be increased and health status of the target group will be improved.
