Improving working conditions and providing organized transport for employees of KNN Ltd.

KNN Ltd. was registered in 2005 in the city. Panagyurishte. The main activity is the production and assembly of metal constructions, thermo panels and steel. We provide a full range of metalworking activities to bring raw materials from metal necessary for the performance of metal elements. With the implementation of this project proposal KNN Ltd. aims to provide a better working environment for the employees of the company through a combination of measures to improve the conditions and organization of work and preserve jobs for 8 employees in the Company persons that their jobs are outside the locality in which they live, giving them organized transport to work. Planned for implementation within the project proposal activities, including development and implementation of a system for human resources management aimed at optimizing the management and development of human resources, ensuring healthy and safe working conditions through delivery and installation of exhaust ventilation system the additional production hall, delivery of mobile local suction devices for welders and provide social benefits for people in the KNN Ltd., through equipment room for recreation and nutrition, aimed at creating favorable conditions in KNN Ltd and are fully compliant with the standards and requirements of legislation on safety and health at work. In addition KNN Ltd. provides execution and activities related to the provision of organized transportation to and from work for 8 persons employed in the enterprise who live outside the settlement, which is their job. In this way, through the implementation of project activities and investing in creating a better and safer working conditions and higher levels of sustainable employment will improve the quality of jobs, which will reflect positively on labor productivity in the enterprise and increase its competitiveness.
