Improving the quality and safety of working conditions in a company "MAG" Ltd., Development, adaptation and introduction of "system development and management of human resources."

As a candidate for the procedure for granting financial assistance BG05M9OP001-1.008 «GOOD AND SAFETY", "MAG Ltd." will plan, organize and implement activities to support the optimization of the working process of the company, as well as enhancer the working conditions of its 50 employees (including 16 employees over '54 years, 15 number working full time, number 1 employee working 4 hours per day). For this purpose, a candidate will perform the following activities: 1. Development, adaptation and introduction of "System Development and Human Resource Management" and build strategies and integrated policies for staff development. 2. Providing organized transport to the workplace of 25 employees (12 employees with a workplace other than their home for a period of 12 months. 3. Design and construction of new energy-saving lighting and resurno efficient LED lighting system in a company "MAG" Ltd. for a better, safer, healthier and more comfortable working environment of its 50 employees. These activities relate to the following target groups: - Total number of employees 50 people, of which targeted persons over 54 years of age - 16 employees, 15 work full-time, 1 Number of employees working 4 hour day. Expected results: * Introduction of flexible forms of employment will contribute to the reconciliation of work and private lives of employees and also extend the employment of older workers. Will allow to improve and enhance the career development of employees. * Project will encourage Geographical mobility of labor, which will contribute to increased levels of sustainable employment and preserve jobs. * Improving the working environment that contribute to the health of exposed employees. More quality and safety at work = higher and more efficient performance.
