The realization of the current project aims at improving the working environment for "BRIAN TERMOIZOL" Ltd.’s employees - target group, through identifying their needs and problems and implementing measures intended to solve these problems. In order that the aims, pursued by the company’s development strategy, are achieved, a human resource management informational system, reflecting the specific characteristics of the personnel’s structure, is going to be created and introduced. With the implementation of project activities will invest in human capital through measures to support the extension of the working life of older people (over 54 years). The project will also improve work and health status of the target group through risk prevention - buying PPE and collective remedies. To increase motivation and overcome stress the project provided spaces for sport and nutrition. The creation of social benefits is fully oriented towards satisfying the target group’s needs for reconciliation of private and professional life. The result, expected from the project activities execution, is improvement of the quality of the working places in the enterprise alongside with satisfaction of BRIAN TERMOIZOL’s needs for long-term increase of the employees’ labor productivity. The main activities under the project are: 1. OPTIMIZATION OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGING SYSTEM; 2. PURCHASE OF PPE AND SPECIAL CLOTHING; 3. PROVIDING OF COLLECTIVE REMEDIES; 4. DIFERENTIATE SPACES FOR SPORT AND NUTRITION; 5. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION; 6. ORGANISATION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
