Improvement of working conditions and work of human resources at "Stanilov" Ltd.

The project proposal aims to further improve the working environment at "Stanilov" Ltd. by improving working conditions and work with human resources. To achieve the objective the project proposal includes the following main activities: 1. Development and implementation of system for human resources development, based on innovative models of work organization, aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection, including opportunities for flexible forms of employment, facilitate the reconciliation of work and private life, measures to extend the working life of older employees. 2. Providing means of collective protection, leading to the improvement of working conditions by improving protection from dust, toxic and other harmful substances, and the microclimate. 3. Providing means of collective protection, leading to the improvement of working conditions at excavation. 4. Providing means of collective protection, leading to the improvement of working conditions by improving protection from falling objects and falls from height. 5. Purchase of personal protection resources and special work clothing. As a result of the project: - Will introduce innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection, including measures for flexible forms of employment, facilitate the reconciliation of work and private life and extend the working life of older workers. - Will improve working conditions due to significant improvements in: + Protection from dust, toxic and other harmful substances, as well as the microclimate. + Strengthening of excavations and guaranteed determining the location of underground communications + Protection from falling objects and falls from height - Will improve the safety and wholesomeness of working conditions through the supply of workers with high-quality personal protection resources and special clothing.
