SOCIAL INNOVATIONS AND SAFETY LABOUR CONDITIONS IN BLACK GOLD PLC

This project is aimed at improving the quality of working environment, increasing labor productivity and improving working conditions at Black Sea Gold Plc. via: 1. Improving the organization of work (Activity № 1) by: 1. development and implementation of policy for optimization of workflows with 3 main components: C1 - introducing flexible forms of employment and other practices for reconciling work and private life for all employees of the company; C2 - introducing measures for professional development in terms of career management of the employees in the enterprise; C3 - introducing practices to extend the working lives of employees in the enterprise, persons aged 54 years and those with disabilities; 2. provision of software for career management and professional development of employees. 2. Promoting geographical mobility of employees (Activity № 2) through the implementation of a program for organized transport for 2 key routes for a period of 12 months. 3. Adaptation and upgrade of the qualification of employees in the field of safety at work (Action № 5) through the implementation of training on the specific health risks associated with individual workplace for 200 employees of the company. 5. Improving conditions in the workplace and creating conditions for prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and professional diseases through: 5.1. securing four production facilities by commissioning of two ventilation systems to protect against adverse micro-climate and two gas-flow -alarming installations for the decline of the risks of elevated levels of alcohol vapors / ethanol and methane - Activity № 3; 5.2. improving the quality of used special work-clothing and personal protective equipment - Activity № 4. 6. Provision of social benefits through renovation and furnishing of two recreation and dining facilities for employees - Activity № 6.
