The project proposal includes activities aimed at: -introducing changes of the labor organization to facilitate reconciliation of private and professional life and extend the the professional life of workers over 54 years of age. (Changes cover all areas of activities); -implementation of an innovative model of work organization to increase productivity and protect the environment; -assure social benefits for the employees (regarding to transport for employees in "Alteks" Ltd. Momchilgrad, nutrition, access for people with disabilities); -improving working conditions by ensuring modernization of collective protective equipment, training the employees for specific risks associated with the individual work pramises; - Organisational activities and management; - Activities for information and publicity; The target group of the project includes all employees of the company.
