"Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions in "Ifest" Ltd. company"

The project proposal aims at improving the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions, implementing efficient and flexible forms of work organization and HR management, increasing mobility and providing social benefits for the employees, which will contribute to reduce the risks leading to occupational diseases and injuries, to optimize the equilibrium between professional, private and family life of employees and to extend the working activity and capacity of older workers and employees over time. These measures implemented under OP HRD Priority Axis 1 "Improving access to employment and job quality" covering Investment Priority 7 "Adaptation of workers, enterprises and entrepreneurs to change" with the specific objective 1 "Increasing the number of impacted employees in enterprises that have introduced new systems, practices and tools to develop human resources and improve the organization and working conditions" will lead to the introduction in the applying company of innovative models of HR organization and management, will increase the labor productivity and competitiveness of the company and will improve the environmental protection. The implementation of the project proposal activities will help solving general and specific problems of the target group consisting of all 30 employees in the company, among which there are people over 54 years old and one person with disabilities.The proposed project will provide sustainability to its results and performances by allowing to maintain the employment rate of at least 50% of the target group involved in the project for a period of 6 months after completion of the project activities.
