Good and Safe Working Conditions at TeleTech Estern Europe EAD

This project proposal is aimed at improving the working conditions at TeleTech Estern Europe EAD, providing means for collective protection and employee benefits to Company staff, as well as introducing Human Resource Development systems in the enterprise. The following activities are included in the project proposal: 1. Development and introduction in the enterprise of Human Resource Development systems; 2. Provision of means for collective protection to Company employees; 3. Provision of employee benefits to TeleTech Estern Europe EAD staff; 4. Information provision and publicity; 5. Project organisation and management; With a view to achieving best results, the choice of activities was informed primarily by the problems experienced by and needs identified with the project target groups, as well as by the objectives of this procedure. Activities are selected in such a way as to ensure the achievement of the objectives, outcomes and indicators included in the project proposal, and, respectively, contribute to the achievement of the objectives of grant procedure BG05M9OP001-1.008 „Good and Safe Working Conditions". The purpose of this project proposal is to improve the work environment in the enterprise via securing good and safe working conditions, as well as via effective and flexible forms of organisation of labour and human resource management, which will lead to the improved quality of the workplaces in the Company and will have a positive impact on the labour productivity at TeleTech Estern Europe EAD. The following results will be achieved: - Improved organisation of labour and human resource management in the Company; - Improved health and safety at work at TeleTech Estern Europe EAD; - Purchased means for collective protection; - Equipment purchased for the Company’s recreation and sport locations; - Enhanced productivity at TeleTech Estern Europe EAD.
