Axxon Bulgaria JSC operates a central office and logistic center in Sofia and 7 regional offices with their own commercial and logistic teams. In Sofia the company also operates the manufacturing one of the most popular own brands – shoe care products “Casablanca”. The company employs 448 people, 37 of whom are engaged in the manufacturing. The target group includes workers over 54 years of age and people with disabilities. The project proposal includes activities for: - Implementation of changes in the organization of work addressing the “work-life balance” problem and enhancing the employability of workers over 54 years of age; - Implementation of an innovative model for the organization of the work for increase of productiveness and environmental protection at the manufacturing; - Provision of social benefits to the workers; - Improvement of working conditions by provision of new PPE which provide higher level of protection, update of collective protective equipment, provision of training for the staff on specific OHS risks, related to the individual work place. - organization and management; - information and publicity; The activities will be implemented on all company sites.
