Quality and safe working environment in "Stroycommerce" Ltd

The main objective of the project is to improve the working environment in "Stroycommerce Pleven" EAD. The main activities envisaged in the project, through which we plan to achieve the mail objective are: - Introducing effective and flexible forms of work organization and human resource management in the enterprise; - Providing good and safe working conditions through modern and effective devices of personal and collective protection and enforcement of ISO 45001:2018; - Providing relaxation and meals room for employees. For the management, and for information and publicity of the project we are plan the relevant activities. The project's target group includes all 54 employees in the company, of which 2 are over 54 years old and 4 people will be reach 54 during the period of project implementation. The results that we plan to achieve trought the implementation of the planned activities are: improved quality of jobs, introduction of flexible forms of employment, extended working lives of older workers, increase levels of sustainable employment. The project will be implemented in city Pleven. Its duration is 6 months. Its management will performed by team which includes: project manager, coordinator and accountant.
