"Assurance of working contions improvement programme for Eurospeed Ltd."

The project proposal is focused on realization of program for improvement of working conditions "Eurospeed" Ltd. employees. This will be accomplished by improvement of working organization and assurance of the required health and safety working conditions. The project proposal will be realised in the transportation base of the company and includes a wide variety of activities aimed at working conditions improvement which will affect quality of the proffesional life of employees, improvement of their and competitiveness by: 1. Development and implementation of a human resource development system in the company focused on improvement of the quality of administrativr managment of employees, better optimisation and organization of work processess , flexible employment practices, and practices for extention of employees over 54 years old working life; 2. Delivery of organized transport service for employees of the company from and to their working places on a route from city of Sofia to Petyrch on a shift basis according to the working schedule of employees. 3.Assurance of social benefit for the employees of "Eurospeed" Ltd. in the company transportation base in Petyrch - equipment of sport fitness hall and it's repair; 4. Purchase of personal protective equipment and special / protective clothing with better protective qualities and specifications for workers;
