Better labour conditions and oorganization in Paralel EAD

The overall project objective is to increase labour productivity in the company and increasing resource efficiency through better organization of work and increase employee motivation to work in parallel PLC. The specific objectives of the project are: -To Improve work organization and introduce practices to more effectively reconcile personal professional time employees with children and to extend the working life of older workers by introducing human resource development and management system and ensuring the introduction of flexible forms of employment; -To Improve resource efficiency in the company through the introduction of a software system for managing human resources, contributing internal documents digitalization. - To improve working conditions, increase motivation and health status of employees by introducing OHSAS system healthy and safe working conditions and create opportunities for sport employees. The selected target group includes all 750 company employees, of which 154 aged more than 54, 140 with children under 18 and 46 people with disabilities, some of them with mobility problems. Project activities are provided for organization and management; information and publicity; introduction of HR management and development system, enabling flexible forms of employment and incentive policies for the labor organization aimed at protecting the environment; implementation of OHSAS system healthy and safe working conditions, providing and equipment of premises for short-term recreation and sports,improving the disabled employees accessibility. . The project implementation will contribute to the overall improvement organization within the company and increasing resource efficiency, improving the health status of employees and the effectiveness of their work and consequently improve the competitiveness of the company.
