The project proposal includes activities aimed at: - Introducing changes in work organization to facilitate reconciliation of private and professional life, to extend the working lives of employees over 54 years of age.; - Introducing innovative model of work organization to increase productivity and protect the environment; - Providing benefits for employees (regarding nutrition, access for people with disabilities); - Improving working conditions through the implementation and certification of BS OHSAS 18001: 2007, training of personnel to specific risks associated with individual workplace; - organization and management activity; - activities for information and publicity. The project as a target group includes all employees of the company.
