Improving working conditions in PFB Preso Fondal-Bulgaria Ltd. by increasing safety and occupational health and ensuring flexible forms of employment

The implementation of the current project satisfies the need for improving the working environment in PFB Preso Fondal-Bulgaria Ltd. by providing safety and health occupational conditions as well as ensuring efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which in turn improves job quality and reflects positively on labor productivity in enterprises. The target group of the project are all 132 (one hundred and thirty two) emplyed in PFB Preso Fondal-Bulgaria people, including The main goal of the project to improve the ocupational safety and work conditions is achieved by the following specific objectives: 1) Providing an opportunity to facilitate balanced work-life and extend the working life of older workers through the introduction of innovative models of work organization aimed at raising productivity and environmental protection. 2) Providing transport for employees outside the village in which whe headquarters of the enterprise are located; 3) Providing healthy and safe working conditions, improving work and health status of employees by providing personal protective equipment; 4) Provision of training to employees concerning specific health risks associated with work places and the methods and means of their reduction and prevention. The measures are part of the support that the HRD operational program provides for the transition to environmentally sustainable and resource-efficient economy. The expected results are achieved through activities associated with providing good and safe working conditions of the target group through various measures promoting employment and the inherent occupational conditions, as well as social inclusion.
