This project is aimed at improving the quality of working environment, increase labor productivity and improving working conditions in ALC Bulgaria Ltd. by: 1. Improving the organization of work, introduction of flexible forms of employment and practices to extend the working lives of employees in the enterprise aged 54 years and those with disabilities and all other employees in the company. 2. Promoting geographical mobility of 159 employees at the factory in the town of Ihtiman by executing the program for organized transportation on 6 key routes for a period of 12 months; 3. Improving working conditions in the workplace and creating conditions for prevention and reduction of occupational accidents and diseases through: - providing high-quality special clothing and personal protective equipment for employees in factories in the town of Ihtiman and Musachevo; - providing benefits through renovation, furnishing and equipment for a facility for recreation, nutrition and relaxation for Musachevo factory employees.
