Good and Safe Working Conditions at IZA AD

This project proposal is aimed at improving working conditions in the Institute of welded Corp. (IZA AD), providing means of collective protection, personal predazni resources, benefits and employees of the Company and razrabotnate software for human resources management and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise. Within proektnto proposal envisages the following activities: 1. Develop and implement a system to develop human resources in the enterprise. 3. Provide means of collective protection of employees in the company at. 4 Ensure safety by: 5. Purchase of PPE and special clothing. 6. Provision of social benefits for employees, including repairs and equipment room (room) dining and recreation 7. Information and publicity. 8. Organisation and project management.  The main objective of this project proposal is to improve the working environment in the enterprise by providing good and safe working conditions as well as efficient and flexible forms of work organization and management of human resources, which will lead to improved quality of work places and will have a positive impact labor productivity in the Institute of welded Corp. (IZA AD). Following the implementation of the project will achieve the following results: - Improve labor organization and management and development of human resources in the company; - Improve health and safety conditions in the IZA AD - They will provide benefits for employees of the company; - Will be purchased means of collective protection; - Will be purchased equipment for catering and kratkokraen recreation;
