This project proposal goals is improving the working conditions and the prevention of risk of performed everyday activities in Dimana Ltd. The target group of the project are 162 persons appointed on contracts of various positions of which 41 person falls within the target group over age of 54.The management of the company constantly strives to improve working conditions and increase the safety of workers and to improve quality of jobs and increase their sustainability. Thus ensure the positive impact on productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise. The project proposal contains the following activities: 1.Development, adaptation and implementation of systems for human resource development in the enterprise; 2. Providing an organized transportation to and from the workplace; 3.Providing safe and healthy working conditions, improve work and health status employees within is planned purchase of collective means of protection modernization /reconstruction of production room (underactivity1) and special personal protective equipment and clothing (underactivity2) 4.Project management; 5.Providing Information and publicity; As a result of the project the quality of life will be improved and theworking conditions of employees in the enterprise will be reduced all health risks and work accidents, which in turn will reflect positively on productivity and contribute to creating conditions for improvement access to employment and job quality.3.
