Improving the working conditions and protecting the health of the employees of Movio Logistics EOOD

The general purpose of the project is improvement of the work environment in Movio Logistics EOOD through providing good and safety working conditions together with introduction of effective and flexible form of labor and human resources management. In this way, the employees' productivity is expected to increase. The specific objectives of the project are related to compliance and improvement of the labor health and safety requirements, including implementation of the international standards for labor health and safety conditions and development of innovative organizational models, including improvement of the coordination among the different departments of the corporate structure: 1) Introduction of innovative organizational models and inter-company communication and coordination improvement 2) Improving the working conditions in the organization with the international requirements for labor health and safety conditions 3) Establishment of health and life risk limitation specific measures for the employees 4) Improvement of the work conditions of the employees through implementing additional social benefits 5) Increase in the employees’ welfare and satisfaction and hence improvement in the business processes and increase in efficiency and productivity of work The proposed measures envisaged for meeting the identified needs of the workers are with broad scope and include direct project impact on all employed in the Company. The project realization reflects the desire of the Company for permanent increase of the security level, to provide to its employees safety working environment and to develop work conditions that are compliant with the international standards.
