The project proposal of "Elos" Ltd. is aimed at improving the working and resting conditions of employees as well as to enhance their safety and security through personal means of protection and implementation of innovative models of work organization /WO/. Employees over 54 years of age will be prioritized without neglecting the representatives of other age groups and those who need flexible employment and career development. The planned activities are related to: Development, adaptation and introduction of new organizational practices, models and systems for development of HR and innovative models of WO while prioritizing employees over 54 years of age. Improvement of the working environment through introducing AC and construction work Provision of high quality and reliable PPE and SWC, even for high-risk positions. -New social benefits for employees aimed at CAW and equipment of a facility for resting, dining and physical activity, including the provision of movable containers for restinf and dining of employees – non-stop security of risk objects outside populated area Rise of the knowledge and means to prevent the specific risks at work, focusing on psycho-social and professional stress, mixed-work mode risk, which is typical for security services, as well as during protection of high-risk sites, as particular attention will be directed towards employees over 54 years of age. Implementing these activities will help to achieve better cohesion between work and private lives of employees and introduce practices to extend the professional life of employees over 54 years of age. With the implementation of the project "Elos" Ltd. will provide better health status of its employees, prolonging the professional lives of older people satisfying the identified needs for higher level of protection, especially for those working under high risk from attacks and armed assaults, as well as to provide facilities for recreation and dining.
