National EURES network

The project increase the range and improve the access and quality of services and increase the number of customers, using EURES services for transnational mobility. It will be implemented in two main categories."European Employment Services" category: Providing mediation and support services for job seekers and employers for transnational mobility, including for apprenticeships and internships, organizing and participating in information events, job fairs, etc. in Bulgaria and in other members of the EURES network; Increasing the capacity of the staff of the EA and EURES partners by organizing and participating in specialized trainings; Organizing and participating in joint initiatives with key partners. "EURES National Coordination Office" category: Development of the EURES network, which includes both the EA and private providers of intermediary services, as well as establishing a system for planning, management, monitoring and evaluation (SPMME) incl. development of methodologies and indicators for work efficiency. The SPMME will also utilize specialized studies on transnational mobility, EURES services efficiency and customer satisfaction; Development of technical infrastructure and interoperability between the databases of intermediary mobility service providers and the European EURES portal. Exchange of experience, implementation of new approaches and dissemination of good practices through organizing and participating in events at national and international level, incl. with the participation of representatives of the EURES network from other countries. Activities for increasing the external visibility of the EURES network and the services provided.
